1. What Numvedaa is

Numvedaa is an online marketplace. We list, verify and connect you with independent practitioners of numerology, astrology, tarot and energy healing ("Experts"), provide the booking, payment and session tools, and handle customer support.

Consultations are provided by the Experts, not by Numvedaa. Experts are independent service providers and are not our employees or agents. Each Expert is responsible for the guidance they give.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must give accurate information and must not impersonate anyone.

3. Booking and payment

Each Expert sets their own price per service and per mode (chat or voice). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay and is fixed for that booking.

Payment is taken in Indian Rupees through our payment gateway at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Numvedaa receives the payment and pays the Expert their share.

Taxes are applied as required by law.

4. Sessions

Sessions take place inside the Numvedaa session room, which opens 15 minutes before the scheduled time and is available only to you and your Expert.

Please join on time. The session ends at its scheduled duration.

Sessions may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Staying on the platform

You must not use Numvedaa to arrange consultations, payments or contact outside the platform, and you must not ask an Expert for, or share, contact details for that purpose. This protects both you and the Expert: off-platform dealings are not covered by our refunds, dispute resolution or safety measures.

Messages that contain contact details may be automatically blocked, and repeated attempts may lead to suspension, as described in our Community Guidelines.

7. Acceptable use

You must not harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone; post false, misleading or unlawful content; post fake reviews; attempt to access other users' data or our systems without permission; interfere with the platform's operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Reviews

You may rate and review a consultation once, after it ends. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Reviews are public and show your name. We may remove reviews that break these terms or our Community Guidelines.

9. No guarantees

Numerology, astrology, tarot and energy healing are interpretive and spiritual practices. Consultations are for guidance only, and no particular outcome or prediction is guaranteed. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

10. Intellectual property

The Numvedaa name, logo, website design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Written reports an Expert prepares for you are for your personal use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Numvedaa is not liable for the content of any consultation, for decisions you make based on it, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, our Community Guidelines or the law, or that puts other users at risk. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account under our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Otherwise, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under consumer protection law.

14. Grievances and contact

Complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer, Numvedaa at infonumveda@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
